Gayrimenkul sektörüne ilişkin yerel ve uluslararası değerlendirmelerin de yapıldığı toplantıda konuşan St. George PLC Genel Müdürü Mark Griffiths “Londra'nın her anlamda en prestijli projesi olan The Tower'ı Turkey Sotheby's International Realty aracığılıyla Türk yatırımcılarıyla buluşturmaktan ötürü çok mutluyuz. Russel Taylor konuşmasında son olarak, Londra'nın en seçkin bölgesinde bulunan THE TOWER'ın, Turkey Sotheby's International Realty tarafından en iyi şekilde temsil edileceğine inandıklarını belirtti.

London's highest and most prestigiousproject THE TOWER that has been implemented by St. George PLC, one of Europe's real estate sector's pioneering firms, presented to Turkish investors by Turkey Sotheby's International Realty. The Managing Director of St. George PLC Mark Griffiths, the Marketing Director of London Sotheby's International Realty Russell Taylor, the Chairwoman of Turkey Sotheby's International Realty Çiğdem Hitay and the General Manager Arman Özver attended to the introductory meeting of “The Tower”.
The Managing Director of St.George PLC Mark Griffiths, who has spoken at the meeting where the local and international evaluations concerning the realty industry were discussed, has expressed his ideas by commenting ‘'We are happy to present The Tower, London's most prestigious project, in every respect to Turkish investors via Turkey Sotheby's International Realty. As St. George, we keep abreast of the realty industry and investor potential in Turkey. We are aware of the importance of realty investments for Turkish people. We observe that Turkish investors have made not only domestic investments but foreign investments as well in recent years. Despite the continuing economic crisis in Europe, the Marketing Director of London Sotheby's International Realty Russell Taylor pointed out that luxurious residance market has not slowed down in the center of London and expressed that THE TOWER will draw a great deal of interest from Turkish investors. Taylor highlighted that Turkish investors watch for the opportunities abroad and evaluate them well and he mentioned that Turkey has a different position compared to the other developed countries with its strong financial system, lively domestic demand and rapid growth advantage.
The Chairwoman of the Turkey Sotheby's International Realty, Çiğdem Hitay, pointed out that London's growing young population has a positive effect on the realty market, and commented that they believe ‘'THE TOWER'' takes place in the capital where high-standard living has increased and therefore will gain recognition in Turkey. Hitay has mentioned that they have offered a golden opportunity for investments in England's capital London which is holding the fourth rank in the world economy, and told that they are pleased with the cooperation with St. George PLC.
As for the General Manager of the Turkey Sotheby's International Realty Arman Özver ‘'THE TOWER Project which we are responsible for introducing and selling, is located in London's South Bank region. Fifty storey tower stands out especially with the River Thames view. We think that the apartments whose sales have already started will attract attention of especially the Turkish investors.
